Inquiries

Read the messages submitted through the forms on your website and reply to the customer directly.

When someone fills out a form on your website—such as the contact form—the message appears under " Inquiries." There, you can read it and reply to the customer.

    Step 1

    Open Inquiries

Tap " Services " in the menu at the bottom, and then tap " Inquiries."

  2. Step 2

    Select a form

At the top is " All," which aggregates messages from all forms. Below that, each form on your website has its own row.

Each row shows the total number of messages (Total) and how many you haven’t read yet (Unread). “Unread” is red when there’s something new and green when you’ve read everything.

Tap a row to view the messages.

  3. Step 3

    Read an inquiry

The most recent message appears at the top. Unread messages have a dot to the right and the name in bold.

Tap a message to read everything the customer wrote. It will then be marked as read, including on other phones using the app for your website.

Under “All,” you can tap “Mark All as Read” at the top to mark them all at once.

  4. Step 4

    Reply to the customer

If the customer has entered an email address or phone number, there are buttons at the bottom of the message:

    • "Send Email " opens a new email to the customer with their message at the bottom.
    • "Call" dials the customer.

If you have an iPhone with more than one email app, the app will first ask which one you want to use.

  5. Step 5

    Mark as unread

    Coming in the next version

Would you like to come back to a message later? Tap and hold it in the list, and it will be marked as unread again and the dot will reappear.

Tap and hold an unread message to mark it as read without opening it.

The app displays “Marked as unread ” or “Marked as read ” at the bottom of the screen. If you tapped the wrong one, tap “Undo.” This also applies to other phones that use the app for your website.

  6. Step 6

    Retrieve new inquiries

Tap the circular arrow next to the heading to retrieve the latest messages.

If you're missing an inquiry, open the form and scroll down the list. The app will then retrieve all inquiries from the website again. It may take a moment for them to appear.

  7. Step 7

Get a notification on your phone

    Coming in the next version

Each new inquiry triggers a notification under the clock icon in the app. You can also receive a message on your phone.

You can turn notifications on or off for each form under Your Account → Notifications. See Choose Your Notifications.
