    Step 1

    Open Chatbot

Tap " Services " in the menu at the bottom, and then tap " Chatbot."

  2. Step 2

    View the overview

    The chatbot has three sections:

    • Conversations: all conversations with the chatbot.
    • Inquiries: conversations where the visitor would like to be contacted.
    • Missing information on the website: topics that the website does not address.

The number in each row is red when there is something to review and green when there isn’t. Tap a row to open it.

  3. Step 3

    Read the conversations

The most recent conversation appears at the top. Choose from All, Unread, and With a reply.

Unread conversations have a dot on the right and are in bold. Tap a conversation to read it. It will then be marked as read.

Tap " Mark All as Read " at the top to mark them all at once.

  4. Step 4

    Contact a visitor

If the visitor has requested to be contacted, a box labeled " Inquiry " will appear at the top of the conversation. Here you can see, for example, their name, email, phone number, and message.

Tap “Send Email” or “Call” at the bottom to reply. If you have an iPhone with more than one email app, the app will first ask which one you want to use.

  5. Step 5

    Mark as unread or delete

Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the conversation:

    • Mark as Unread marks the conversation as unread again so you can return to it. The app will then return to the list.
    • "Delete Conversation " permanently deletes the conversation, including from the website's admin panel. Tap " Delete " to confirm.
  6. Step 6

See what's missing from the website

The "Missing Information " section of the website lists the topics that visitors ask the chatbot about but that the website does not address.

Each topic shows how many questions it has received and examples of what visitors asked about. If the topic has a description, you can click “Show what the page should cover” to see what should be included on the website.

  7. Step 7

    Decide what should happen

New topics are listed under " For Decision." Choose what should happen with each topic:

    • "We'll add it": The topic should be included on the website. It moves to "We'll add it."
    • It’s already on the site: the topic is covered. It moves to “Done.”
    • Not relevant: The topic should not be included.

Once a topic under “We’ll Add It ” has been posted on the website, click “It’s on the Site Now.”

If you selected the wrong option, click “Undo ” immediately afterward. Under the other tabs, you can also click “Undo” to send a topic back to “Pending Decision.”
