Downloading the app …
  1. Step 1

    Find Notifications

Tap " Your Account " at the bottom of the screen, then tap " Notifications." It's right below " Language."

  2. Step 2

    Turn messages on and off

There is a button for each type of message. Click the button to turn it on or off:

    • Each form on your website, with the form's name: new inquiries from the form.
    • Reviews: when you receive a new review.
    • Chatbot: contact requests: when a visitor wants to be contacted.
    • Chatbot: Daily overview: Yesterday’s conversations, once a day.
    • Messages from us: news and important messages about your app and website.

You’ll only see buttons for the features your website has.

  3. Step 3

You can still see everything in the app

If you turn off a notification, you won't receive it on your phone anymore. It will still appear in the list under the clock in the app. See Notifications.

  4. Step 4

    More websites

If you have multiple websites in the app, the buttons for each website appear below its name. Messages from us apply to all of them.

  5. Step 5

If notifications are turned off on your phone

If it says that notifications are turned off for the app in your phone's settings, you won't receive any messages.

Tap " Open Settings" and turn on notifications for the app.
