Compose emails from your own email app on your iPhone Coming in the next version
If you use Gmail, Outlook, Spark, or Yahoo Mail on your iPhone, you can now choose to compose your emails from there when you reply to a customer or ask for a review.
Approve new reviews, choose which ones to display, and ask your customers for a review.
Here you can view the reviews your customers write and decide which ones to feature on your website. You can also ask your customers to leave a review.
Step 1
Tap " Services " in the menu at the bottom, and then tap " Reviews."
Step 2
Reviews are divided into two categories: "Pending " are the ones waiting for your approval, and "Published " are the ones you've approved. The number next to "Pending" shows how many are waiting.
Each review shows the name, star rating, and text.
Step 3
Under "Approve," click "Approve" if you want the review to appear on your website. It will then be moved to the " Published" section.
Click " Reject" if you do not want it to be displayed.
Step 4
Under " Published," each review has a toggle switch. When turned on, it says "Displayed on the website." When turned off, it says "Hidden," and the review is not displayed on the website.
Step 5
If you have at least two reviews under " Published," you can decide the order in which they appear on the website.
Tap “Reorder” below the list, or press and hold a review. Drag the reviews into place, and tap “Save Order” at the bottom. Tap “Cancel” to undo.
Step 6
Tap "Invite " at the top, and select " QR Code," " Email," or " SMS."
With the QR code option, the customer scans the code with their phone and is taken directly to the page where they can write a review. "Copy Link " copies the link so you can send it another way.
Step 7
Select Email or SMS, and edit the text under Message. Leave {url} as is: it will become the link to the registration page when you send it.
Tap “Send Invitation.” Your email or messaging app will open, and you can select the recipient there. If you have an iPhone with more than one email app, the app will first ask which one you want to use.
Step 8
If you use the same text every time, tap " Save as default " under " Message." The next time, your text will be ready.
Email and SMS each have their own default text.
If you use Gmail, Outlook, Spark, or Yahoo Mail on your iPhone, you can now choose to compose your emails from there when you reply to a customer or ask for a review.
