While your website is being built

While your website is being built, the " Overview " tab shows the three-step setup process for your new website.

The bar on the left shows your progress. Completed steps are marked with a checkmark, and the step you’re currently on is indicated by a filled-in number.

In the meantime, you can use some of the features under “Services,” such as “Media Library ” and “Support.” More features will become available as the website is completed.

The first step is called " We've started working on your new website."

Click “Upload your media to the site ” to add images, videos, and files to your media library. Then they’ll be ready for your new website.

The second step is called “We’re building the site.” You don’t need to do anything here.

We’ll set up your test page based on the approved design. The expected delivery time is displayed on the screen, and we’ll let you know when the page is ready for review.

When it says " Your website is ready for review," you can view it.

Click “ View Website.” It will open in your browser, so you can click around and check that everything looks the way it should.

If there's anything you'd like to have corrected, click " Request Changes."

Describe what you’d like changed, then click “Submit Request.” We’ll forward it to your marketing manager, who will get back to you.

This requires that an email address be associated with your account.

Once everything is set up, we'll go live with your website.

The steps will then disappear, and the Overview tab will display your regular overview of all your services.
