About the App
Check your version, download updates, and clear the app's cache.
Under "About the App," you can see which version you have, download a newer version, and have the app fetch the latest data.

Step 1
Find Out About the App
Go to Your Account and tap About the App.
At the top, you'll see the app's name and your version number. Please provide this number if you contact support.

Check for updates
Tap " Check for Updates."
- If it says " Your app is up to date," you have the latest version.
- If it says “New version available,” tap “Update App.” You’ll be taken to the App Store or Google Play, where you can download the new version.

Clear the cache
If something in the app looks outdated, tap " Clear Cache." The app will fetch the latest data, and a message will appear saying " Cache cleared."
You won’t be logged out, and nothing will be deleted from your website. This requires an internet connection. Without a connection, the app won’t make any changes and will let you know.

Step 4
Scroll down to refresh
You can do the same thing directly from the tabs at the bottom: drag the page down and let go. The app will then fetch the latest data, just like when you clear the cache.
