My Sites

Do you have multiple businesses? Consolidate them into one app and switch between them.

If you have more than one business with a website, you can add them all to the app and switch between them without logging out.

Downloading the app …
  1. Step 1

    Find My Pages

Go to Your Account and tap My Pages. You can also tap your company name at the top of the app and select Manage Pages.

The list shows all the businesses in your account. The one currently displayed in the app is marked as Active.

  2. Step 2

    Add a business

Tap " Add Page " at the bottom.

Scan the login QR code from the other company’s website: log in to its admin panel on a computer, and click H.U.G.O. in the menu on the left. This is the same page, App Login QR, that you used the first time. See “Find Your QR Code” on the website. You can also tap “Enter Code Manually” and type in the code.

When successful, it will say “Page added.”

  3. Step 3

    If that doesn't work

    • The page has already been added: the company is already listed there.
    • Invalid or expired QR code: The code has been used or is too old. Reload the " App Login QR " page on the website and scan the new code.
  4. Step 4

    Switch between companies

Tap a business in My Pages to switch to it. The entire app will now display that business’s website. My Pages will close, and you’ll be back on Your Account.

It’s faster to do this from the top: tap your company name at the top and select the company. The button with the globe next to it opens the company’s website.

  5. Step 5

    Remove a business

Tap the trash can icon next to the business, then tap Remove.

The business will only be removed from your account. The website itself will remain unchanged, and you can always add it again by scanning its login QR code.

If you only have one business, it cannot be removed.

A message in your own language when a code doesn't work

If you scan or enter a code that has already been used or is too old, you will now receive a message in your own language instead of in English.
