Media Library

Upload photos, videos, and PDF files, and find them quickly later.

The media library in the app is the same as the one on your website. Here, you can collect images, videos, and PDF files, which you can also use for employees and featured images.

    Step 1

    Open Media Library

Tap " Services " in the menu at the bottom, and then tap " Media Library."

  2. Step 2

    Upload a file

Click " Upload" and select the source of the file:

    • Take a photo or Record a video
    • Select from the gallery for photos and videos on your phone
    • Select a file (PDF, etc.) for PDF files
  3. Step 3

Wait until the file is ready

While the file is being uploaded, the button will say “Uploading…” until the file is in the library. When you see “Upload Complete,” it’s ready.

Large files may take longer. After about a minute, the app stops waiting, but the file is still being processed and will appear in the library a little later.

A small cloud icon in the corner means the file is still on its way to the website. This happens if the app stopped waiting or if the file was uploaded elsewhere, such as as a staff photo or header image.

Images may be no larger than 15 MB, videos no larger than 200 MB, and PDF files no larger than 25 MB.

  4. Step 4

    Find a file

Type in the "Search in media " field to search. Tap " Images," " Video," or "PDF" to view only those types of files, or "All " to view everything. If you have more than 60 files, use the arrows at the bottom to scroll through them.

  5. Step 5

    View and Rename a File

Tap a file to view it in full screen. You can play videos directly. Tap "Rename " to give the file a new title. "Copy URL " copies the link to the file and closes the view.

  6. Step 6

    Delete a file

Tap the file, tap Delete, and confirm. The file will also be removed from the website's media library, so only delete files you no longer use.

Latest Changes

Icons on notifications and messages about large files Coming in the next version

Notifications now have icons so you can see what they’re about: an envelope for an inquiry, a star for a review, and an “i” for a message from us. If a file takes more than a minute to prepare in the Media Library or Featured Photos, the app now indicates that it’s still being prepared. And if you’ve searched in the Media Library, your search query will still be in the search bar when you return.

Images from the camera are oriented correctly

A photo you take with your phone's camera will now appear on the website the right way up, even when you hold your phone at an angle.
