Sign in to the app

The first time you open the app, you'll see " Welcome to the app." The " Scan your QR code " button is at the bottom of the screen.

If you want the app in a different language, tap the globe icon in the upper-right corner.

Here's how to do it on a computer so you can take a screenshot with your phone:

1. Open your browser and go to your website’s admin panel: yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/. It’s called the Control Panel.
2. Log in with your username and password as usual. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the link below the login fields.
3. Click on H.U.G.O. in the menu on the left. It has a small phone icon and is located at the bottom of the menu.
4. You’re now on the App Login QR page, which displays your QR code and a code below it. The page is in English. You can also go directly to yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=app-hub-login-qr.

You must be an administrator on the website to view H.U.G.O. If you can’t find it, or if it says the page is “not connected,” please contact us.

Tap " Scan your QR code " in the app and point the camera at the QR code. The app will log you in immediately.

Use the code from the App Login QR. The QR code on the website’s login page is a different code, and it won’t work here.

If the camera isn't working, you can enter the code instead:

• Tap " Scan your QR code " and then " Enter code manually."
• Enter the code listed below the QR code on the App Login QR page (next to “Manual code”) exactly as it appears. You can also copy and paste it.
• Tap " Continue."

If it says "Invalid" or "Expired QR code," the code has been used or is too old. A code can only be used once, and it expires after a short time. Reload the "App Login QR " page on your website to get a new code, and try again.

If your website isn't set up yet, you may have received an invitation from us via text message or email. Tap the link on your phone. If you don't have the app, the link will show you how to download it.

You can also tap “Do you have an invitation code?” on the welcome screen. Then enter the code in the “Invitation Code” field.

Fill in your “Full Name ” and “Company Name.” You can fill in “Country ” and “CVR Number ” if you’d like. Then tap “Create Account.” After that , you can follow along as your website is built.
